摘要
慢波组件是螺旋线行波管的关键组成部分,它的性能优劣直接决定着整管水平。本文利用无变形热挤压方法制备了不同材料夹持杆的慢波组件。分析比较了不同夹持杆对慢波组件散热性能的影响。介绍了将金刚石应用于螺旋线慢波组件的研究。
The slow-wave structure (SWS) is a key part of the helix TWT,its heat dissipation capability of the SWS of the TWT is the important influencing factor that restricts increasing of the average output power.The effect of different materials rod onthe heat dissipation capability of SWSs prepared by packing methods was analyzed.The diamond rods were employed in the SWS manufacture to enhance the thermal conduction in certain extent.
