基于CAN总线的煤矿永磁真空断路器状态监测系统设计

摘要 为保证煤矿电力系统的稳定性,满足智能电器和智能化矿井的发展要求,在研究CAN总线通讯技术的基础上,针对12 kV煤矿永磁真空断路器,开发了一套基于CAN总线煤矿永磁真空断路器状态监测系统。该系统包含下位机数据采集单元、CAN总线通讯单元和上位机界面管理单元三部分。其中下位机数据采集单元以DSP为核心,通过高精度电流传感器、位移传感器及加速度传感器采集表征煤矿永磁真空断路器动作特性的电流、行程和振动信号;上位机界面管理单元采用Visual Basic和数据库技术实现信息的显示与存储等功能;利用CAN总线通讯单元完成下位机数据采集单元与上位机界面管理单元之间的通信。该系统经联机试验,验证了设计的准确性,不仅可实现了分布式系统的集中管理,而且为煤矿永磁真空断路器的状态评估与故障诊断提供大量的动态信息。 In order to assure the stability of coal mine power system and meet the development requirements of intelligent electrical equipment and intelligent mine, a set of condition monitoring system based on CAN bus communication is developed based on CAN bus for 12 kV permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker. The system contains three parts: the subordinate machine collection data unit, CAN bus communication unit and PC interface management unit. Taking DSP as the core, the subordinate machine collects features of the current, route and vibration signal of mine permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker through the high precision linear displacement sensors, current sensors and acceleration sensors. The interface management units realize information display and storage function using Visual Basic and database technology, also completing the communication between the subordinate machine collection data unit to the PC interface management unit using CAN bus. The monitoring system not only centralizes management of distributed systems, which also provides a large number of condition information for condition assessment and fault diagnosis of mine permanent magnetic of vacuum circuit breaker.
