摘要
采用虚拟样机技术对MG300/700-WD型采煤机摇臂齿轮传动进行了仿真研究。采用Pro/E建立摇臂齿轮传动的参数化模型,并用ADAMS软件对其进行运动学和动力学仿真,得到输出轴转速及齿轮接触力和啮合频率的仿真结果,为后续研究提供参考。
The simulation study of gear transmission in the ranging arm of shearer type MG300/700-WD is conducted with virtual prototyping technology. The parameterized model of the gear transmission is established with Pro/E, and its simulation study, kinematically and dynamically, are carried out by ADAMS. The rotating speed of output shaft, the contact force and meshing frequency of geares obtained from simulation provide a reference for further research.
