摘要
随着矿井生产逐渐向深部延伸,矿压及煤层倾角的增大,淮南矿业集团原先使用的ZY5000/11/24型薄煤层液压支架已经不能适应深部煤层开采的需要。通过对液压支架结构、工作阻力、支撑高度等优化设计,研制了ZZ7000/13/26型高强度薄煤层液压支架。具体介绍了该型液压支架设计时需解决的问题,设计方案及结构特点。使用实践证明,ZZ7000/13/26型液压支架设计合理,能适应淮南矿区薄煤层综采工作面地质条件的要求,是该煤层工作面理想的液压支架架型。
With the mine production gradually to the deep mine and the increase of the mine pressure and coal seam oblique angle, the original use of ZY5000/11/24 type of thin coal seam hydraulic support cannot meet the requirements of deep coal seam mining in Huainan Group. After optimal design of the thin coal seam hydraulic support structure, the working resistance of support, develops ZZ7000/13/26 type high strength thin coal seam hydraulic support. Introduces the urgent problems to be solved of this type hydraulic support, design scheme and structure features. Through application, proves that the hydraulic support can adapt the requirements of the geological condition of fully mechanized working face and is the ideal type hydraulic support frame also.
