Suggestions for Main Tributaries Programming of the Yellow River Basin

黄河支流众多,系统开展规划工作的支流较少,支流的治理开发需要在黄河流域综合规划的指导下进行。根据黄河主要支流的自然特点和流域治理开发要求,对支流进行了初步分类。对湟水、洮河、清水河、大黑河、窟野河、无定河、汾河、渭河、伊洛河、沁河、大汶河等重要支流提出了治理开发与保护的指导性意见及主要治理措施,对其他支流提出了分类治理开发与保护的规划建议。

There are many tributaries of the Yellow River, but only a few of them have a systemic programming. The management of tributaries should be guided and established by the Yellow River＇ s systemic programming. According to the natural characteristics and requirements of basin＇ s development, the tributaries were classified basically. The paper advanced instructional suggestions and main protection measures for the important tributaries which were Huangshui River, Taohe River, Qingshui River, Dahei River, Kuye River, Wuding River, Fenhe River, Weihe River, Yi- luo River, Qinhe River and Dawen River. The suggestions on development and protection of the other tributaries were out forward.
