摘要
利用温孟滩区放淤可以处理一部分小浪底出库泥沙,减缓下游河道淤积,保障黄河下游防洪安全。采用实测资料分析、数学模型计算等方法,研究了温孟滩放淤方式及枢纽选择、放淤量、引水引沙规模等,并着重分析了对黄河下游河道的减淤效果。经计算,温孟滩放淤12.6亿t泥沙可使黄河下游减淤8.8亿~9.2亿t。
Warping in the Wenmengtan floodplain can dispose part of sediment released from the Xiaolangdi Reservoir and reduce deposition in the downstream channels, which ensures flood control safety of the lower Yellow River. Adopting the methods of measured data analysis and mathemati- cal model calculation, this paper studied the way of warping, reservoir selection, the quantity of warping, the scale of water and sediment diver- sion, etc. of Wenmengtan floodplain, and mainly analyzed the effect of the sedimentation reduction in the channels of the lower Yellow River. By calculation, the sediment desihing of 1.26 billion tons in the Wenmengtan floodplain can reduce the sediment deposition of 0.88 billion to 0.92 billion tons in the lower Yellow River.
