宁蒙陕能源基地水资源承载能力分析 被引量:1

摘要 宁蒙陕能源化工基地干旱少雨,水资源匮乏,缺水问题已成为制约经济社会发展的最重要因素。为优化配置区域水资源,提高水资源承载能力,建立了水资源承载能力评价指标体系,采用综合指标法进行水资源承载能力评价。结果表明:现有水资源总量不能满足该地区未来社会、经济发展的需要,必须采取相应措施增加水资源的供给量,同时降低需用水量标准,解决人口、经济和水资源的不协调问题。建议采取调整用水结构、建设水源工程和实行最严格水资源管理制度等措施来提高区域水资源承载能力。 Water shortage has become the most important factor restricting the energy base of economic and social development. In order to optimize the allocation of regional water resources and improve the water resources carrying capacity, this paper had established the water resources carrying capacity evaluation index system, for evaluation of water resources carrying capacity by using comprehensive index method. The existing water re- sources can not meet the needs of the future social and economic development of the region, it should take corresponding measures to increase water supply, at the same time, lower the standards of needed water and solve the coordinated development of population, economy and water resources. We can use the adjustment of water structure, construction of water project and the strictest water resources management system to improve regional water resources carrying capacity.
