摘要 对黄河流域农业灌溉发展情况进行调查,研究了不同水平年农业灌溉发展情况。结果表明:流域现状设计规模大于6 667 hm2的灌区共有87处,设计规模大于6.67万hm2的特大型灌区共有16处;基准年农田灌溉定额为6 510m3/hm2,林牧灌溉定额为5 130 m3/hm2;预测2020年灌溉定额农田为5 685 m3/hm2、林牧为4 410 m3/hm2,2030年灌溉定额农田为5 385 m3/hm2、林牧为4 305 m3/hm2;基准年农业可供水量272.3亿m3、缺水91.5亿m3,2020年农业可供水量268.1亿m3、缺水78.0亿m3,2030年农业可供水量276.4亿m3、缺水70.1亿m3;基准年农田有效灌溉面积为517.7万hm2,预测2020年达到558.9万hm2、2030年达到579.9万hm2;基准年林牧灌溉面积52.7万hm2,2020年达到63.9万hm2,2030年达到78.9万hm2。 After researching agricultural work of the Yellow River basin and studying agricultural development of different level years, the results show that the number of irrigated area which designed scale is larger than 6 667 hm2 is 87 and the area larger than 66,700 hm2 is 16. In the base year, farmland irrigation quota is 6 510 m3/hm2 .mul and gazing irrigation quota is 5130 m3/hm2. In 2020 year, farmland irrigation quota will be 5 685 m3/hm2 , forest and grazing irrigation q: twill he 4 410 m3/hm2. In 2030 year, farmland irrigation quota will be 5 385 m3/hm2 , forest and grazing irrigation quota will be 4 305 m3/hm hi the base year, agriculture available water supply amount is 27.23 billion m3 and water short- age amount is 9.15 billion m3. In 2020 year, agriculture available water supply amount will be 26.81 billion m3 and water shortage amount will be 7.80 billion m3. In 2030 year, agriculture supply water amount will be 27.64 billion m3 and water shortage amount will be 7.01 billion m3. Agri- culture effective irrigation area is 5. 177 million hm2 in the base year and will be reached to 5. 589 million hm2 in 2020 by estimation and will be 5. 799 million hm2 in 2030. Forest and grazing irrigation area is 0. 527 million hm2 in the base year, will reach to 0. 639 million hm2 in 2020 year and 0. 789 million hm2 in 2030.
