摘要
变截面成形是采用变值轧制成形的方式生产具有变截面结构的零件或毛坯的工艺方法,如各类载货汽车的变截面板簧等。成形过程的横向变形有均匀分布假说和变形区分区假说。在基于变形区分区假说基础上,依据最小流动阻力原则和变形过程中体积不变原则,考虑变形区前滑和后滑以及压下量的共同影响,给出了横向变形的计算公式。经试验验证证明,该计算公式能够满足变截面工件成形的精度要求。
Variable-section forming is a technological process in which the work-piece or blank with variable-section, such as taper leaf spring of truck of all type, is produced by variable-data rolling. There are two hypothesizes of lateral spreading in rolling: u- niform distribution and deformation dividing zone. Based on the deformation dividing zone and principle of least resistance and vol- ume constant, as well as under consideration of forward slip and backward slip in deformation zone, the lateral spreading calcu- lating formula has been given, which satisfy the demand of forming precision of part with variable-section.
