摘要
甘肃某金矿属高碳低硫碳酸盐脉型难选金矿石,本文采用组合调整剂T9极大的削弱了矿石中有机碳对自然金和浮选药剂的吸附能力,加之高效选金捕收剂酯-11的应用,较好的实现了高碳难选金矿石的高效浮选回收,经两粗三精二扫闭路实验获得金精矿含金51.78 g/t,金回收率78.35%的较好指标。
A gold mine in Gansu demonstrates refractory high carbon and low sulfur carbonate vein type gold ores. By adopting the combinative regulators T9, the affinity capacity of mineral organic carbon on natural gold and gold flotation medicament was greatly weakened, and high efficiency flotation recovery of high carbon refractory gold ore was achieved with the adoption of high efficiency flotation gold collector ester-11. After two roughing, two cleaning and three scavenging, good indicators were achieved in the closed-circuit experiment with gold concentrate contain gold of 51.78g/t, and gold recovery rate of 78.35%.
