摘要
本文对钢液吸氮进行概述,查找分析了氮的来源问题。结合宏兴股份炼轧厂72A三次生产的实际状况,对比分析并介绍了转炉、LF精炼、连铸生产过程中控氮问题。通过控氮措施的落实,在第二、三次生产72A时,氮含量呈逐渐下降趋势且波动范围逐渐缩小,72A氮含量得到了有效控制。
In this paper, an overview of nitrogen absorption of liquid steel was made to find the source of the nitrogen in the pruduction. Combined with the three times of actual production of 72A in Hongxing refining rolling plant, nitrogen control problem in the converter, LF refining and continuous casting processes was comparatively analyzed and described. By implementation of the nitrogen controll measures in the second and third production of 72A, the nitrogen content decreased gradually with gradually narrowed fluctuation range, and has been effectively controlled.
