摘要
在轧制工程中,辊系稳定性对产品质量及设备工况具有重要意义。文章在分析辊系失稳原因的基础上,以炉卷轧机为例,介绍了最佳偏移距的概念。为保障辊系的稳定,具体到设备维护过程,文章提出了保障炉卷轧机轧辊稳定性的技术要点,并介绍了机架窗口尺寸检测的内容、方法及要求。
In rolling engineering, roller system stability is very important to product quality and equipment working condition. Based on the analysis of roller system instability reasons, the paper introduces the concept of optimal offset taking steckel mill as an example. For equipment maintenance process, the paper puts forward technical points of roller system stability, and introduces the testing contents, testing methods and requirements of size accuracy for frame window.
