摘要
变频器在工业已广泛应用,变频器的使用大大提高了设备的工作效率和控制精度,给企业带来了经济效益。不同厂家生产变频器时,都对变频器内部进行集中模块化了,系统硬件多数都是硬刷电路板,导致故障很难排查。变频器的故障排查将变得越来越重要,本文针对富士FRENIC4000系列变频器的典型故障进行汇总分析,以便于对变频器今后的维保和正常运行提供指导帮助。
Frequency Converters have been widely applied in industry. The troubleshooting becomes more and more important. This paper analyzed the typical fault for Fuji FRENIC4000 series inverter, to facilitate the maintenance of inverter in the future and the normal operation of the guidance.
