大学毕业生个体因素对其组织社会化程度影响:个体主动行为的中介作用 被引量:5

摘要 目前大学毕业生的离职率较高,其主要原因之一是其在进入企业初期,不能顺利融入组织,即其组织社会化程度不理想。由于绝大部分大学毕业生就业于中小企业,其组织社会化更多的是依靠个体自身特性和个体主动行为的努力。对大学毕业生个体因素和个体主动行为对其组织社会化程度的影响展开了实证研究,结果显示:大学毕业生的个体因素对主动社会化行为和组织社会化程度有显著正向影响;个体主动社会化行为在个体因素与组织社会化程度关系中起到了中介作用。
