步长稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏60例临床观察

Observation on the therapeutic effects of Wenxinkeli in the treatment of 60 cases of premature ventricular contraction

目的观察步长稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏的疗效。方法将2011年6月至2012年6月我院门诊及住院室性早搏患者120例按照治疗方法分为治疗组60例,对照组60例。治疗组:应用稳心颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d,口服,疗程4周。对照组:应用普罗帕酮,200 mg/次,3次/d;伴有心力衰竭患者应用胺碘酮片,0.2 g/次,3次/d,口服,1周后减量为2次/d,2周后减量为1次/d,疗程4周。结果治疗组室性早博治愈21例,好转36例,无效3例,有效率95.0%。对照组治愈29例,好转26例,无效5例,有效率91.7%。2组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论步长稳心颗粒为有效控制室性早搏的药物,无论对器质性或功能性室性早博均有很好的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Wenxinkeli in the treatment of 60 cases of premature ventricular contraction. Methods According to different treatment methods, 120 outpatients and inpatients with premature ventricular contraction, who sought medical treatment in our hospital from June, 2011 to June, 2012, were divided into 2 groups： the treatment group （60 cases） and the control group （60 cases）. For the patients in the treatment group, Wenxinkeli was administered orally with a dosage of one small bag once, three times a day and with a treatment course of 4 weeks. The patients in the control group received propafenone with a dosage of 200mg once, three times a day, but for those patients with cardiac failure aminodarone tablets were orally given, with a dosage of 0.2g once, also three times a day, but after one week of medication the dosage was reduced to twice a day, and after 2 weeks of medication the dosage was reduced to once a day. All the control patients had a treatment course of 4 weeks. Results For patients in the treatment group, 21 cases of premature ventricular contractions were cured, 36 cases were improved and 3 cases were ineffective, with a total efficient rate of 95.0%, while for patients in the control group, 29 cases were cured, 26 cases were improved and 5 eases were ineffective, with a total efficient rate of 91.7%. No statistical significance could be noticed, when comparisons were made between them（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Wenxinkeli is a drug that could be used to control premature ventricular contractions, and is very effective for the treatment of both organic and functional ventricular premature beats.
