中原经济区新农村社区体育的发展

Development of sports in new rural communities in the central plains economic region

中原经济区建设上升为国家战略,为农村社区体育的发展带来了机遇。选取6个已建成的新型农村社区,从场地设备、人力资源与管理、体育活动现状等方面进行调查研究。结果发现,中原经济区新型农村社区都规划建设了场地设备,全民健身路径和体育活动中心;居民体育意识有所增强,参与体育活动内容有城市化倾向,参加社会性体育活动多于自然村居民。但新的体育管理体制没有完全建立,传统体育文化保护不足。提出新农村社区体育发展要使国家体育政策落到实处、加强体育设施科学配置、完善管理机制、重视传统体育文化保护等建议。

The promotion of the construction of the central plains economic region to a national strategy has brought opportunities to the development of sports in rural communities. The authors selected 6 new rural communities al- ready built, investigated and studies them from such aspects as current ground facilities, human resources and man- agement, sports activities etc, and revealed the following findings： ground facilities, national fitness pathways and sports activity centers were planned and built in all new rural communities in the central plains economic region; the sports awareness of the residents was somewhat enhanced, the contents of sports activities they participated in tended to become urbanized, more residents living in these communities participated in social sports activities than residents living in natural villages; however, a new sports management system had not be completely established, traditional sports culture protection was insufficient. The authors put forward the following suggestions for devel- oping sports in new rural communities： practically implement national sports policies; strengthen the scientific con- figuration of sports facilities; perfect the management mechanism; value traditional sports culture protection etc.
