摘要
以狼尾草和聚乙烯塑料为原料,采用正交实验设计的方法研究了狼尾草的草粉加量、草粉尺寸、相容剂(PE-MAH)等工艺参数的变化条件对复合材料性能的影响,研究结果表明:PE-MAH可以增加草粉与PE的界面结合力,提高复合材料的性能;增加狼尾草的草粉含量可以提高复合材料的拉伸弹性模量、弯曲性能,但拉伸强度和耐水性能有所降低。
Pennisetum pureum and Polyetylene (PE) were employed to prepare composites. By using orthogonal theories, the authors analyzed the effects under different level of straw powder, measurement of powder and PE-MAH compatibilizer on the properties of composites, the technology of extrusion was discussed. PE-MAH improved the affinity between straw powder and PE and can improve the properties of the composite. The tensile modulus and flexural strength of the composite were increased within creasing content of straw powder, however, the im-pact strength, water-resistant were decreased.
