最大供电能力配电网的规划与智能配电系统的衔接

摘要 采取基于供电能力的配网规划新思路则是立足于优先利用已有网络消纳新增负荷,最大限度提高设备利用率,充分挖掘配网供电能力,有效提升配电网投资的经济效益,节省宝贵的土地资源。在配网一次网架的升级改造过程中,既要充分考虑改造地区对供电能力和供电可靠性的要求,以避免因盲目追求高可靠性高冗余度的配电网络而导致的无谓浪费;又要满足良好的可扩展性,使未来的升级改造计划能在现有的基础上有序进行。 The new idea of distribution network planning was based on utilizing the existing network to dissipate the increasing loads, in order to improve the utilizing ratio of the devices, to discover the power supply ability of distribution network, to enhance the economic benefits of power grid investment and to save land resources. In the reformation of primary grid structure for distribution network, it was necessary to consider the requirement of power supply ability and reliability in the reformation district, which could avoid the waste brought by chasing the high reliability and high redundancy of distribution network, and to satisfy the expansion characteristic, in order to make the ordering operation of the reformation plan in the future based on current foundation.
