Comparison and Reference Between Transnational Business Pattern of America and Japan

跨国经营是企业发展的重要选择 ,也是我国参加 WTO所应考虑的问题。美日企业是跨国经营的典范 ,它们的成功之处在于 ,能结合本国的实际选择跨国经营的模式 ;能考虑本国的经济发展状况培育企业的核心竞争能力 ;能凭借政府的力量拓展国际市场。

It is an important choice of enterprise development to engage in transnational business, which we also should consider in the way to enter into WTO. American and Japanese enterprises are the models of transnational business. What made them success is that they could choose the appropriate pattern according to the reality of their countries, fostering the core competitive capabilities when they took the domestic economic development into account, and opening the international markets by force of government. However, this above mentioned is what we must put emphasis on when we select the transnational business strategies for Chinese enterprises.
