前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Alprostadil Injection Combined with Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:对前列地尔注射液合并丹参注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果进行分析和观察。方法:选择山西省人民医院收治的100例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,两组患者均进行相关的饮食、降糖、血压控制以及调脂治疗,对照组患者在此基础上采用前列地尔注射治疗,观察组患者则在此基础上采用前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液进行治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行观察和分析。结果:两组患者经过相应的治疗后,血脂、Cr、UAER、BUN以及β2-MG均有效下降,HDL-C则比治疗前升高,观察组在上述指标的改善程度上均优于对照组,两组临床效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合前列地尔注射液和丹参注射液对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗具有显著临床效果,值得推广。

Objective ： To analyze and observe the clinical effect of Alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 100 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Shanxi Provincial People＇s Hospital were selected in this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in both groups all received related diet control, hypoglycemic therapy, blood pressure control, and lipid-lowering therapy. The patients in the control group received alprostadil injection therapy, and however, alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection treatment on the previous basis for the experimental group. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results： After the appropriate treatment, the blood lipids, Cr, UAER, BUN and β2-MG of the patients in two groups were effectively decreased, and the HDL-C higher than before. The improvement of these indicators in the experimental group was better than in the control group. There were statistically differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, and the method is worth clinical promoting.
