中西医结合治疗老年轻、中度慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Integrative Medicine of Chinese Traditional Medicine and the Western in the Treatment of Mild or Moderate Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年轻、中度慢性充血性心力衰竭(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)的临床疗效。方法:收集100例门诊及住院确诊的老年轻、中度充血性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予休息、限盐、吸氧、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、小剂量的地高辛等药物治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予口服芪苈强心胶囊每次4粒,3次/d。两组疗程均为3个月。对治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVED)、6 min步行距离分别进行评估,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组心功能均较治疗前明显改善,观察组的疗效优于对照组,总有效率为92%,且未见不良反应。结论:芪苈强心胶囊能明显提高老年轻、中度CHF患者的LVEF及6 min步行距离,提高心功能,改善患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of mild or moderate congestive heart failure （CHF） using Qili cardiac capsules. Methods： 100 cases of old CHF patients, whose clinical data were collected, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （50 cases in each group）. Rest, salt restriction, oxygen, diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, B-blockers, a small dose of digoxin and other drugs were given to control group; Qili cardiac capsules were given to experimental group besides any of therapies for the control. The capsule had been taken 4 pills once, 3 times a day lasting three months. The left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVED） , 6rain walking distance were assessed before and after treatment, and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment, cardiac function of the patients in two groups were significantly improved. Efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was 92%. The experimental group had no adverse reactions. Conclusion： Qili cardiac capsules can significantly improve the LVEF, 6min walk distance and heart function of CHF patients whose quality of life would be improved.
