焦炉煤气一氧气火焰熔化钒钛铁水粘罐工艺探索

摘要 随着集团公司500万吨生产规模的形成,为了降低生产成本,大量使用钒钛矿,而钒钛铁水极易粘罐结圈,影响铁水罐正常使用。水钢铁水运输“一罐到底”工程项目中增设氧煤化罐工艺能对钒钛铁水粘罐现象进行化罐处理,便于结圈、结坎的后继处理。通过实践表明,氧煤化罐工艺能有效的处理铁水粘罐问题,具有一定的推广价值。 With 5 million ton steel a year having been realized, in order to reduce production cost, Shuigang uses a large amount of V-Ti iron ore. But V-Ti hot metal is easy to paste and ring inside ladle to interrupt normal use of ladle. In the' engineering project of "Route with One ladle from BF to BOF", the process of melting V-Ti hot metal paste by using flame of coke gas and oxygen can be used for melting nodal ridge and ring inside ladle. Through practice, it is shown that the process can effectively solve the hot metal paste problem and is worth to be broadly used.
