浅析2#高炉供水系统改造

Brief Analysis on Improvement of Water Supply System of No.2 Blast Furnace

本文针对水钢2#高炉供水系统存在问题进行分析，并通过结合实际情况，按照在现已形成的各供水系统基础上，充分利用现有设备、设施，降低投资及满足总图布置思路提出改造方案。项目实施后最终达到有效改善整个系统水质，基本满足2群高炉一代炉龄对冷却水的要求。

This article analyzed problems in water supply system of No.2-blast furnace, combined with practical conditions, and put forward improvement programs on the basis of present water supply sys- tem to fully utilize present equipment and utilities and to decrease investment and to meet general layout. After the programs were put into effect, we successfully improved water quality of whole system so as to meet cooling water requirements for a generation of furnace ＂lifetime.
