摘要
针对水钢2号高炉炉缸侧壁温度异常上升的情况,通过采取控制冶炼强度,提高铁水中的[Si】及渣铁物理热,提高终渣的碱度、降低【S】、提高钒钛比例,增加冷却水压力等有效措施,使炉缸侧壁温度维持在一个稳定的范围内。
As the temperature at hearth sidewall of No.2 blast furnace abnormally rose in Shuigang, effective measures such as controlling smelting intensity, increasing [Si] in hot metal and physical heat of slag and hot metal, increasing alkalinity of final slag, decreasing [S] in hot metal, increasing ratio of V-Ti iron orel and increasing pressure of coding water were adopted so that the temperature at hearth sidewall was stabilized in a certain range.
