摘要 基于自动化专业应用型人才培养的探索与实践,并结合自动化专业教学和科研的实际经验,产学研相结合,开发实现了基于NI ELVIS的直线电机创新实验平台。该平台充分利用了NI ELVIS和LabVIEW的优点,实现了NI ELVIS和直线电机的软硬件的联接;实验设计以创新和实际能力培养为目标,增强学生分析问题与解决问题的能力,通过选取不同的控制策略,可实现直线电机跟踪正弦曲线的控制和直线倒立摆控制系统的综合实验,从而使学生加深对控制基本理论与基本概念的理解,培养创新思维和创新能力。 For exploration and practice of automation applied talents training, combining automation experience of teaching and research, combining production teaching and scientific research, the linear motor control system experimental platform based on NI ELVIS was developed. The platform makes fui1 use of the advantages of NI EI.VIS and LabVIEW, to realize software and hardware of NI ELVIS connection with linear motor. The goal in the design of the experiment is to build student's innovative and practical capacity, analyze problems and solve problem abilities of students. The design of linear motor tracking the sine curve and linear inverted pendulum control system comprehensive experiments was completed, and the control theory and basic concept of students can be understood, and the students ~ creative thinking and innovative abilities are developed by students through the selection of different control strategies. At the same time, the advanced technology and equipment are contacted by the innovative experiment process, and it will lay a good foundation for employment.
