摘要
阐述了机构创新设计实验开设的重要性和必要性,介绍了一种平面机构创新设计及参数测试的实验平台的结构。基于该实验平台,根据近年来的教学实践,并引入了CDIO的工程教育理念,改进了机构创新设计实验的教学方法和成绩评定标准并予以实施。实践结果表明,该实验的开设激发了学生创新设计的兴趣,锻炼了学生的工程设计实践能力,培养了学生的团队合作意识,实验教学质量得到了很大的提高,同时该实验教学的形式对其他实验教学起到了一定的参考借鉴作用。
The significance and importance of setting the experiment in the innovative design of the mechanism are discussed. The structure of the experimental platform is introduced, and it can be used for the innovative design and the parameters test of the plane mechanism. According to the teaching practice in recent years, and introducing the engineering education concept of CDIO, the experimental teaching methods and the assessment standards of the mechanism creative design based on this experimental platform are improved and carried out. The result shows the experimental setting stimulates the students' interests in the innovative design, and trains the students~ engineering practice abilities, and cultivates the students' team consciousness. The experimental teaching quality is greatly improved. And at the same time, this experimental teaching form can also be used as a reference for other experimental teaching.
