This paper explores how to improve the utilization ratio of instruments, and constructs a mechanism for all-weather open use in our university, that is scientific management, sharing resources, online hooking, training assessment, independent operation and opening use, which can play an important role in personnel training and scientific research, and yield the greatest benefit on instruments.
