摘要
目的比较五味中药及配方不同提纯回流时间的提取物抗氧化活性。方法采用乙醇回流提取法,对黄芪、五味子、芍药、麻黄、茯苓五味中药进行提取,通过测定提取物的总抗氧化活性、总酚含量以及羟自由基抑制能力,比较不同回流时间(3、5、7 h)中药配方及单味药的抗氧化活性。结果无论是单味药还是配方,在回流5 h时的提取物的抗氧化活性最强。而且在3种回流时间中,配方的抗氧化活性均高于单味药。结论回流提纯时间为5 h时,中药配方能获得最高的抗氧化活性。
Objective To make comparison of antioxidant activity of extracts obtained from five traditional Chinese drugs at different time of reflux purification. Methods Ethanol reflux extraction method was used to extract milkvetch root, Chinese magnolivine fruit, Chinese peony, ephedra, and Indian bread. Through detection of the total antioxidant activity,the total phenol content, and hydroxyl radical inhibiting capacity of the extracts, the antioxidant activity of extracts from prescription and five single medicine at different reflux time(3,5, and 7 h)were compared. Results The antioxidant activity of extracts of both single medicine and prescription extracted by reflux for 5 hour was the strongest. The antioxidant activity of prescription was higher than that of single medicine. Conclusion Extracted by reflux purification for 5 hour, the extracts of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription is of the highest antioxidant activity.
