集中供热对大气汞协同减排效果分析

摘要 集中供热代替分散供热是节能减排的重要措施,能够有效促进大气汞的协同减排.本文从集中供热锅炉节约煤炭和集中供热锅炉采用高效污染治理设施2个方面分析集中供热对大气汞的协同减排效果,为制订相关的政策标准提供依据.本研究结果表明,2011年全国集中供热锅炉因节约煤炭所产生的大气汞减排4.6 t;同时,由于集中供热锅炉基本上都采用较为先进的污染物治理设施,由此产生的大气汞的协同减排量为7.5 t;由此可见,仅集中供热锅炉替代分散燃煤小锅炉即可实现大气汞协同减排12.1 t. The centralized heating replacing decentralized heating is an important energy saving measure, which can promote the reduction of atmospheric mercury effectively. The effects of coal saved and efficient pollution con- trol facilities adopted by centralized heating on the atmospheric mercury emission reduction are analyzed, which will serve as a basis for the formulation of relevant policies and standards. The results show that atmospheric mercury e- missions are reduced by 4.6 tons in China because of coal saved by using centralized heating boilers in 2011. Meanwhile, since centralized heating boilers generally install advanced pollution control facilities, 7.5 tons of at- mospheric mercury are removed. As a result a total of 12. 1 tons of atmospheric mercury can be reduced due to the centralized heating adopted instead of decentralized heating.
