摘要
选取影响贫混凝土基层沥青路面使用性能的7个因素,沥青面层厚度与模量、贫混凝土基层厚度与模量、水泥稳定碎石底基层厚度与模量、路基模量,对每个因素选3个典型值,运用正交试验,通过对路表弯沉、基层层底拉应力和底基层层底拉应力3个力学指标的极差与方差分析,得出各因素对各力学指标影响程度的大小以及各力学指标下的最优组合.
Seven factors affecting the service performance of asphalt pavement on lean concrete base i. e. , thick- ness and modulus of surface layer, thickness and modulus of lean concrete base, thickness and modulus of cement stabilized macadam base, and modulus of roadbed, are chosen for analysis. Based on this, three typical values of each factor are chosen and the range and variance analysis of three mechanical indexes about the deflection on the surface of pavement, tensile stress at the bottom of the base layer and subbase are further carried out by orthogonal experiment method. Finally, the influencing magnitude of each factor on the mechanical indexes and the optimal combination of the factors under each mechanical index are obtained.
