高效液相色谱法测定净石灵胶囊中芍药苷含量

Content Determination of Paeoniflorin in Jingshiling Capsules by HPLC

目的建立测定净石灵胶囊中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为KromasilC18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（15：85），流速为0．8mL／min，柱温为40℃，检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0．1815～1．6335μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=1．0000）。平均回收率为100．35％，RSD=1．87％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强、分离效果好，可用于净石灵胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method to determine the content of paeoniflofin in Jingshiling Capsules. Methods The HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on the Kromasil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water （15：85） at the flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min. The column temperature was 40℃. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results Paeoniflorin showed good linearity in the range of 0. 181 5- 1. 633 5 μg（ r = 0. 999 995）; the average recovery rate was 100.36%, RSD was 1.87% （n=6）. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and strongly specific with satisfactory separation results, it can be used for the quality control of Jingshiling Capsules.
