Investigation on Current Status of Family Self-Storing Medicines and Nursing Intervention

目的分析家庭自储药品的现状及护理干预的重要性。方法随机选取2012年2月住院患者265例,发放调查问卷,并对其进行主动的护理干预。结果与结论家庭自储药品的存放、检查及使用等方面存在安全隐患,给予了相应的护理干预后,能够有效提升家庭自储药的管理有效性与安全性。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the current status of family self- storing medicines and the importance of the nursing intervention. Methods Two hundred and sixty-five inpatients during February 2012 were randomly selected and issued the questionnaires for con- ducting the investigation. Furthermore, the active nursing intervention was performed on them. Results and Conclusion The potential security hazards exist in the storage, inspection and application of family self- storing medicines. After the corresponding nursing inter- vention, the effectiveness and safety of the family self- storing medicines management can be effectively enhanced.
