2012年我院门急诊抗菌药物使用情况分析

Use Situation of Antibacterial Drugs in Outpatients and Emergency of Our Hospital during 2012

目的了解医院门急诊处方抗菌药物使用现状,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法随机抽取医院2012年1月至12月门急诊处方1 200张(每月100张,不包括儿科处方),进行统计和分析。结果抗菌药物处方493张,占41.08%,存在使用率偏高、选择药物档次偏高、给药途径和用法用量不尽合理等问题。结论门急诊处方抗菌药物使用状况较差,亟需引起重视并予以纠正,将合理用药进一步规范化和制度化。

Objective To understand the current status of antibacterial drugs use in the outpatients and emergency treatment in our hos- pital to provide the scientific basis for reasonable application of antibacterial drugs in clinic. Methods One thousand two hundred pieces of prescriptions （100 pieces per month） in the outpatient and emergency departments from January to December 2012 were ran- domly extracted for conducting the statistical analysis. Results Among the total pieces of prescriptions, 493 pieces were antibacterial prescriptions, accounting for 41.08%. Some problems existed such as the high use rate of bacterial drugs and the high grade of selected drugs, unreasonable administration and unreasonable dosage. Conclusion The use situation of antibacterial drugs in outpatients and emergency treatment is poor and urgently needs to arouse attention and give correction for further standardization and institutionalization of the rational drug use.
