树脂包覆天然石墨用作锂离子电池负极材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以热固性酚醛树脂为包覆材料对天然球形石墨进行改性处理,通过正交实验研究了升温速率、炭化温度及炭化时间对包覆石墨性能的影响,实验结果表明,最佳改性工艺条件为升温速率为1.5℃/min,炭化温度为900℃,炭化时间为1h。经包覆改性后石墨的粒径远大于未经包覆石墨粒径,并且经过20周的循环,其容量保持率为99.2%,几乎无衰减。 The natural spherical graphite was modified by using thermosetting phenol-formalde- hyde resin as coating materials. An orthogonal experiment was conducted to study the effects of heating rate, carbonization temperature and carbonization time on the properties of coated graph- ite. The results showed that the optimum conditions of modification were heating rate 1.5 ℃/ min, carbonization temperature 900℃ and carbonization time 1 h. The particle sizes of modified graphite with coating were larger than that of graphite without coating and its specific capacity re- tention rate was 99.2 % after 20 cycles.
