铝电解电容器用电解液的烧煮工艺研究

摘要 以现有生产工艺为基础,通过调整配方,改进烧煮工艺,用正交试验研究中高压铝电解电容器用工作电解液。结果表明,通过添加不同分子量的高分子聚合物PVA,可以提高电解液的闪火电压,降低闪火时间。当以乙二醇为主溶剂,癸二酸铵、十二双酸铵、壬二酸氢铵、硼酸等为主溶质,添加1.15%(质量百分数)的高分子聚合物时,32s初闪电压为428V,电解液64s时闪火电压达到500V,制作的电容器(400V、6.8μF)漏电流为13.5μA,损耗0.05,耐纹波寿命达到8kh。 Based on the existing process, orthogonal test is used to research a working electrolyte for high-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitors by adjusting the formula and improving the heating technology. The results show that adding the high molecular polymer PVA into the elec- trolyte can raise the sparking voltage and reduce sparking time. When ethylene is selected as sol- vent, ammonium sebacate, double twelve acid amine and boric acid as solutes, and the PVA is 1.15% (wt), the initial sparking voltage of working electrolyte reaches to 428V(38 seconds), and its sparking time for 500 V is 64 seconds. The leakage current and loss of aluminum electrolytic capacitors(400 V, 6.8 μF)prepared with the electrolyte is 13.5 μA and 0. 05 , respectively. The electrolytic capacitors can get through the test for 8000 h under ripple current.
