摘要
电池技术是新能源汽车发展的关键技术之一,电池在应用中必须配备电池管理系统。本文针对已研制的电池管理系统,开发了一套以PIC18F4685微控制器为核心的用以检测电池管理系统的电池模拟信号源装置,目的在于为电池管理系统提供电池的各种工况模拟参数,以实现对电池管理系统的有效测试和评估。该模拟装置根据标定指令控制数字电位器X9C104输出相应电压、电流模拟信号,而通过调控白炽灯产生温度场,实验结果表明所开发的装置基本满足了电池管理系统测试的需要,具有良好的实时性能与稳定性能。
Battery technology is one of the key technologies for the development of new energy ve hicles,and battery must be equipped with battery management system (BMS)in the application. A simulation signal source device with PIC18F4685 microprocessor as the core is developed for detecting battery management system in the paper, the purpose is to provide various condition simulation parameters for the detection of battery management system ,and to achieve effective testing and evaluation for battery management system. According to the calibration command, the simulation device controls digital potentiometer X9C104 to output corresponding voltage and current simulation signals and regulates incandescent lamp to produce temperature field. The ex- perimental results show that the developed device meets testing requirements of battery manage- ment system with good real-time performance and stability property.
