It was found that some of poor quality cell phone battery circuit protection devices exis- ted overcharge protection failure problem in a case from reality. The author gave detailed analysis and suggestion for it. The failure problem is recessive, and customers are difficult to find nor- mally, which made cell phone risk of unsafely.
