Difference analysis between IEC62133 ： 2002 and 2012 edition was presented in this pa- per, as an international standard for the Li-ion cell and batteries used in portable applications. The test object, test parameters and test projects for lithium-ion battery detection were included, which provides a good practical guidance and normative for testing personnel.
