摘要
以丹皮酚油溶液为芯材,以明胶(G)—海藻酸钠(SA)为壁材,用复凝聚法制备抗氧化微囊。根据浊度法测得B型G的等电点为pH=4.5。通过电导法确定G和SA复凝聚的最佳比例为3∶1。通过实验最终得出明胶—海藻酸钠复凝聚法制备微囊的最佳工艺为:聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油(RH40)作乳化剂,芯壁比为2∶3,CaCl2与SA的比例为10∶1,硅酸铝镁与壁材的比例为1∶12。通过抗氧化性能测试表明G-SA微囊具有一定的抗氧化性能。
Gelatin and sodium alginate (SA) as wall materials were used to microencapsulate paeonolum by complex coacervation. The results of turbidimetry test showed that the isoelectric point of type 13 gelatin was pH 4. 5. The best proportion of gelatin and sodium alginate was 3 : 1 from the results of conductivity test. As a result, the optimum process of the microcapsules was as follows: polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil [RH40] as the emulsifier, core : wall=2 : 3 (w/w), CaCl2 : sodium alginate=10 : 1 (w/w), magnesium aluminium silicate : wall materials = 1 : 12 (w/w). Gelatin-sodium alginate microcapsules prepared by complex coacervation possess antioxidative property.
