该文对我国学科建设管理系统的现状分析、探讨后,提出了进行学科建设管理信息系统研究的必要性。介绍了WebServices技术的体系结构以及特点,探讨了采用Web Services技术对建设学科建设管理信息系统的方法,并实现了一个基于web Services的学科建设管理信息系统。
