摘要 目的:探讨伽利略全自动血型分析仪在血型鉴定中的应用。方法:采用伽利略全自动血型分析仪(仪器法)对7 266例样本进行ABO、RhD血型鉴定,同时用试管法作对照试验。结果:7 266例样本,仪器法ABO、RhD一次判读成功率分别为98.3%(7 145/7 266)、98.7%(7 172/7 266)。一次判读成功的ABO、RhD血型鉴定结果均与试管法相符,正确率100%。仪器法和试管法一次检测64个样本所需时间分别为35、55min。结论:伽利略全自动血型分析仪鉴定ABO、RhD血型具有自动,快速,结果可靠,原始数据可长期保存,易于查询和举证等优点,适合大批量样本的处理。 Objective:To research the application of Galileo automated instrumentation systems for blood group testing. Method: Seventy two thousand and sixty-six cases were collected. ABO and RhD blood group were tested by Galileo automated instrumentation systems (instrument method) and tube method. Result:First successful inter- pretation of ABO and RhD blood group testing by instrument method were 98.3~ (7 145/7 266) and 98.7~ (7 172/7 266) respecetively. The results were consistent with the tube method,and the accuracy rates were 100~. Time of testing 64 samples by instrument method and tube method was 35 and 55 minutes, respectively. Conclusion:Galileo automated instrumentation systems could perform in blood group testing automatically, rapidly,accu rately and easily to store and quote the data,which would he suited for batch testing.
