摘要
对在高速离心喷雾机中其有部分周向油槽的液体动压滑动轴承动特性进行了分析。运用改进的有限差分法分析了部分周向油槽的油压对该轴承动特性的影响。设计了一个滑动轴承试验台。对轴承动力系数进行了实测,理论分析与实验结果基本相符。
The dynamic analysis of the hydrodynamic journal bearing with a partial circumferential groove which is widely used in centrifugal atomisers is described. The finite difference method is applied to obt(?)in the eight dynamic coefficients of the bearing, and the influence of oil inlet pressure on the bearing behavior is detected. A high speed bearing test iig was desi-gned and the dynamic behavior of the bearing at different rotational speeds was tested. The calculated results are in agreement with the measured results.
