摘要
分析了马钢307#连铸水处理站原有4台化学除油器运行过程中水质变化的原因,通过优化化学除油器工艺,改善混凝反应水力条件,对排泥系统改造,提高了絮凝沉淀效果。实际运行证明,化学除油器运行稳定,满足生产需要。
The causes of water quality variations during operation of the original four chemical degreasers at Masteel's No.307 water treatment station of continuous casting were analyzed. Flocculation precipitation was improved through optimizing the process of chemical degreasers, improving the hydraulic conditions of coagulation and upgrading of the sludge dis- charge system. Practical operation has showed that the chemical degreasers run stably and satisfy vroduction rerquirements
