旋涡燃烧室冷态气流动力场特性试验研究

摘要 在一座内径为600mm,高1420mm,中心管外径为300mm的全尺寸旋涡燃烧室冷态模型上对气流动力场特性进行了试验研究,测定了气流速度场分布、静压场和燃烧室的压降特性,讨论了中心管高度、旋涡发生器(喷嘴)安装位置和喷射角度、风量配比,以及加装缩口对气流速度场的影响。结果表明,在“聚焦”喷风方式下,可以得到较好的气流速度场分布特性。 A series of measurements of gas flow field was conducted in a 1420 mm-high full-scale VC cold model of 600 mm I. D. with the central pipe of 300 mm O. D. The gas velocity profiles, static pressure distribu-tions and pressure drop in the VC test chamber were obtained. A number of influencing factors, both configurational and operational, were studied and the effects of central pipe length, location and air injection angle of vortex generators (nozzles), distribution of air flow rate and contraction section on the aerodynamic structure in the VC cold model were discussed. The experimental results show that the reasonable distributions of gas velocity can be obtained under conditions of focused injection of secondary air.
