摘要
目的探讨血液透析患者医院感染的预防措施,总结护理管理方法,以更好地指导临床。方法收集2011年5月-2012年5月接受血液净化治疗的患者50例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各25例;对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规基础上给予针对性预防措施及护理管理,比较两组患者感染率,并总结护理要点。结果观察组中1例患者发生感染,感染率为4.00%;对照组中6例发生感染,感染率为24.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取有效的措施,加强预防及护理管理,可降低血液透析患者并发感染的发生率。
OBJECTIVE To explore the preventive measures and management of nursing of hemodialysis patients complicated with nosocomial infections so as to guide the clinical treatment. METHODS Totally 50 hemodialysis patients complicated with infections were collected from May 2011 to May 2012 and randomly divided into the observation group （n = 25） and the control group （n ~ 25）. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given targeted preventive measures and management of nursing besides routine nursing intervention. The infection rates of two groups were compared, and the nursing points were summarized. RESULTS There was significant difference in the infection rate between the observation group （4.00%, 1 case） and the control group （24.00%, 6 case） （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Taking effective measures to strengthen prevention and nursing management can reduce the incidence of concurrent infections in the hemodialysis patients.
