Investigation and analysis of nosocomial infections in neurosurgery department

摘要 目的了解神经外科医院感染情况,为有针对性制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取前瞻性目标监测的方法,对2011年1-12月神经外科所有出院患者的医院感染进行监测,并对监测结果进行分析。结果共监测2166例患者,其中57例发生医院感染,感染率为2.63%,日感染率为1.28‰,感染58例次,例次感染率为2.68%,日例次感染率为1.30‰;感染部位中以呼吸系统发生率最高,其中下呼吸道感染率为68.97%,例次感染率为1.85%,上呼吸道感染率为17.24%,例次感染率为0.46%;病原菌分布中以铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌最为常见,均占30.23%。结论神经外科医院感染发生率相对较高,应根据医院感染的特点,加强对患者的前瞻性目标监测,及时采取干预措施,降低医院感染率。 OBJECTIVE To understand the characteristics of nosocomial infections in neurosurgery department so as to provide scientific basis for improving the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infections. METHODS The nosocomial infections of all patients discharged from neurosurgery department from Jan to Dec in 2011 were investigated by the method of prospective monitoring, and the monitoring results were analyzed. RESULTS Among the 2166 cases of patients who were investigated during I year, the nosocomial infection was found in 57 cases, and the infection rate was 2.63% ; the daily incidence rate was 1.28 %o. The infective case times were 58 cases, and the case NI rate was 2. 68%; the daily case incidence rate was 1. 30 %o. The site of the highest infection incidence was the respiratory tract. The case NI rate of lower respiratory tract was 1.85 %, the constituent ratio was 68.97% ~ the case NI rate of upper respiratory tract was 0.46~/oo, the constituent ratio was 17.24%. Among the distribution of pathogens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and .Staphylococcus aureus were the most common species, both of which accounted for 30. 23%. CONCLUSION The incidence of nosocomial infections in neurosurgery department is relatively high. Based on the characteristics of nosocomial infections, the measures should be taken timely, and the prospective monitoring should be strengthened so as to reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
