浮选柱在低磷高镁胶磷矿选别中的工业应用

摘要 介绍了利用浮选柱选别瓮福地区胶磷矿的工艺过程及流程稳定运行工艺指标,当原矿P2O5品位为20.80%,磨矿细度为-200目78%时,浮选精矿P2O5品位为32.56%,尾矿P2O5品位为9.0%,精矿P2O5回收率为78.87%。为合理开发利用我国大储量低品位难选胶磷矿资源起到了示范作用。 The process of separation of collophane in Wengfu region by flotation column and technical indexes of steady operation of its flowsheet are described. When the raw ore is in P2O5 grade of 20.80% and fineness of grinding -200 mesh 78°, the flotation concentrate has P2O5 grade being 32. 56 %, tailings P2O5 grade 9.0% with the concentrate recovery up to 78.87%. It provided a demonstration effect to the rational exploitation and utilization of vast deposits of low-grade and difficult to be separated collophane resources in China.
