摘要
从土壤中筛选得到的一株能转化阿魏酸为香草醛的菌株CCTCC M 2011265,根据其生理生化特性和16S rDNA序列分析,将其初步鉴定为广温拟无枝酸茵(Amycolatopsis eurytherma)的变种。初步试验结果得出的摇瓶转化条件为果糖50 g/L,酵母膏1 g/L,底物浓度12 g/L,装液量30mL/500 mL,转化温度40℃。放大到7 L发酵罐,香草醛浓度达到8.63 g/L,对阿魏酸摩尔转化率56.2%。
A strain capable of producing vanillin from ferulic acid was isolated from soil. According to the physiological and biochemical characteristics and its 16S rDNA sequence analysis, it was identified as Amycolatopsis eurytherma variants. Preliminary experiment results showed that the transformation conditions of shake flask were as follows: fructose 50 g/L, yeast extract 1 g/L, ferulate 12 g/L, conversion temperature 40℃ and a 500 mL flask containing 30 mL medium. When the transformation process was sealed up to 7 L bioreactor, 8.63 g,/L vanillin with the molar conversion of 56.2% was obtained.
