摘要
建立了一种多重PCR方法,可以快速检测一次性使用卫生用品中的绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌。通过单重及多重PCR对3种致病茵的目的基因进行特异性扩增,其中单重检出限可分别达到2.0609 pg、0.8127 pg和0.6671 pg。该方法具有良好的检测特异性,实现了一次性使用卫生用品中致病茵的快速检测。
A multiple PCR method was established for detecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in disposable hygiene products. 3 kinds of pathogenic bacteria gene were amplified by single and multiple PCR. The single detection limits could reached 2. 060 9 pg, 0. 812 7 pg and 0. 667 1 pg, respectively. The results indica- ted that this detective method was very specific and could rapidly detect 3 kinds of pathogenic bacteria in disposable hygiene products.
