新建医院科室感染控制护士工作的开展探讨

目的探讨科室感染控制护士的工作开展和在医院感染预防和控制中的作用。方法每个科室选出一名热爱感染控制事业、具有5年工龄、本科学历的护士担任科室感染控制护士,规定他们的工作职责和任务,要求每周保证一天时间用于科室感染控制相关工作,包括医院感染监测、监管、教育培训等,医院每月召开感染控制护士例会,反馈数据,讨论面临问题,分享感染控制信息和实施培训。结果医务人员对感染控制的理解增强,医院感染散发病例报告及时、漏报逐步减少;主动参与科室感染控制教育培训,手卫生依从性提高,医疗废物规范处置,执行安全操作;科室感染控制护士工作积极,主动寻求更高层次的感染控制培训。结论科室感染控制护士能带领和指导科室人员正确贯彻感染控制制度、落实感染控制措施、保证医院感染监测、监管的及时性和有效性,真正实现医院感染预防与控制的全院、全员参与。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the work assignments of the infection control nurses and analyze its role in prevention and control of nosocomial infections. METHODS Each ward nominated a nurse who worked more than 5 years and had master degree to serve as the infection control link-nurse （ICLN）. The ICLN＇s role and duty were assigned by the hospital management. Each week ICINs took up one day to do the job relating to infection control at the ward level. The work areas were monitored and education and training which included surveillance of hospital infection, hand hygiene, isolation technique, disinfection and sterilization, disposal of waste, safe injection. The hospital infection control team arranged a meeting each month, providing lectures, sharing information, and making discussion. RESULTS The awareness of infection control principles of health care workers in the hospital was improved dramatically, the case reports were dispersed in a timely manner, and the missing reports were reduced; they attended different level of infection control education and training actively; the compliance rate of hand hygiene was improved in each ward; the medical waste disposal was made standardized; the safe work practices had been encouraged. ICLNs at hospital showed more interest in learning the knowledge on hospital infection prevention and control and sought for the higher level education. CONCLUSIONS The infection control link nurse in the study hospital can lead and guide the health care workers in each ward to implement the infection control measures, ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of surveillance of nosocomial infections so as to achieve the whole staff＇s Participation for prevention and control of nosocomial infections.
